Dear Educator,

We wanted to send you a brief update about what to expect this week from i-Ready.

We have been working through the weekend, and we’ve made significant progress. However, we can’t yet say that we’ve entirely fixed the problem. Here’s the latest information:

i-Ready experienced intermittent performance issues last week. These issues appeared sporadically and for a short period of time. If you or your students saw screen errors or 502 gateway errors, you were experiencing one of these issues. In most cases, i-Ready resumed working if you logged back in after a few minutes.

We made a series of updates on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and earlier today to improve performance. Thankfully, we’re seeing significantly fewer intermittent issues. However, we aren’t yet ready to say that we’ve fully resolved the problem, and it is still possible that you may encounter some issues at the beginning of the week. Our teams will be closely monitoring our systems, and we will continue working 24/7 to find and fix any lingering issues. 

A reminder: We extended Diagnostic expiration to 35 days to prevent tests from expiring because of any delays.
